National Sales Manager - ICT Manufacturing

About the role

The National Sales Manager leads the Branch Managers of an established national branch network in the ICT manufacturing sector, reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing. The role drives market growth, channel relationships and consistent standards across all branches.

Key responsibilities

• Own market attack plans and regional share growth
• Build and maintain distributor and trade installer relationships across the network
• Oversee branch processes, service levels and repair turnaround
• Manage branch cost centres, stock control and KPIs
• Develop Branch Managers who can run their branches independently
• Visit branches regularly and follow through on issues found

Required profile

• A business, sales or operations qualification
• 10+ years in management, including 5 years running a full branch
• 3+ years managing managers across multiple locations
• Experience with technical products through distributor and installer channels

Required skills

• CRM and repair tracking system implementation
• KPI analysis, budgeting and cost centre management
• Stock management and branch process standardisation
