National Financial Manager

About the role

Our client, a leading property investment and asset management organisation, is looking for a National Financial Manager to join the executive finance team. This senior leadership position will oversee financial planning, portfolio performance and strategic decision‑making across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead national budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Analyse portfolio and asset‑level performance across regions.
• Develop executive dashboards, reporting and strategic financial insights.
• Conduct financial modelling, feasibility studies and ROI analyses.
• Support acquisition, disposal, redevelopment and investment decisions.
• Drive asset value enhancement and profitability initiatives.
• Oversee capital expenditure planning and project performance.
• Partner with executive management on growth opportunities and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Property Studies or related field.
• 8‑10 years of finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role.
• Proven experience within the property or real‑estate sector, managing multi‑regional portfolios.
• Professional qualification such as CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA or CFA is advantageous.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from R90,000 to R100,000 per month (negotiable based on experience).
