Music Administrator & Artist Event Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Administrator and Artist Event Coordinator to support our music business in Table View, Cape Town. The role involves managing artist schedules, coordinating live performances, and handling day‑to‑day administrative tasks in a fast‑paced entertainment environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate music artist schedules, bookings and related administration.
• Liaise with artists, clients, venues, suppliers and service providers.
• Assist in planning and executing live performances, events and shows.
• Manage logistics, travel arrangements and accommodation as required.
• Prepare quotations, invoices and other administrative documentation.
• Coordinate transport and drivers for events and performances.
• Ensure music and performance equipment requirements are arranged and communicated.
• Maintain accurate records, contracts and event documentation.
• Provide administrative support before, during and after events.
• Support general office administration and operational tasks.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
• Minimum three years’ experience in the music, entertainment or live‑events industry.
• Experience in artist management, event coordination or entertainment administration.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence; own vehicle is an advantage.
• Residence in Table View or surrounding area.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
