Multiple Engineering Design Roles – Lead, Senior, BIM, Layout, Civil, Admin

About the role

Mventech is expanding its Engineering Design Office to support a growing portfolio of mining and process projects. Six distinct positions are open, ranging from senior technical specialists to an office administrator, all contributing to the delivery of world‑class engineering solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead – Engineering Design Office: Define technical direction, ensure design quality, mentor multidisciplinary teams and oversee project delivery.
• Senior – Structural: Produce robust structural designs for mining and industrial infrastructure, applying sound engineering judgement.
• Senior – BIM: Manage the BIM environment, create 3D models, enforce standards and guarantee clash‑free, multi‑discipline coordination.
• Intermediate – Layouts: Develop plant and equipment layouts that optimise constructability, safety and operability.
• Intermediate – Civil: Generate civil designs including earthworks, terraces, drainage systems and road networks.
• Drawing Office Administrator: Maintain document control, drawing registers and supporting systems to keep the design office efficient.

Required profile

• Relevant engineering qualification (civil, structural, mechanical or related).
• Demonstrated experience in the specific discipline of the applied role.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to design excellence.
