About the role
AtripleA Recruitment and Temps is urgently looking for experienced Motor Warranty Claims Consultants to join its Pretoria operation. This is an inbound warranty claims role, not a sales or outbound call-centre position. The advertised pay is R12,000 depending on experience.
Required profile
- Experience in motor warranty and mechanical claims
- Experience in motor insurance claims
- Experience in dealership warranty administration
- Experience in service advising and mechanical/workshop administration
- Experience with vehicle maintenance authorisations
- Experience in automotive customer service or call-centre environments
Required skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent administration and organisational abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to manage claims and authorisations efficiently
- Knowledge of automotive and/or mechanical matters
