Mobile Team Leader – Operations & Sales

About the role

The Mobile Team Leader will drive sales performance and operational excellence for mobile betting outlets. Working closely with Area Managers and the Marketing team, you will ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly and that mobile clerks are fully trained and motivated.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Area Managers to achieve targets on active and qualified accounts.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring all promotional material is ready for regional and national roll‑outs.
• Measure promotion effectiveness using Promo Tracker and provide ROI analysis.
• Recruit, interview, onboard and manage mobile clerks, setting daily targets and conducting performance reviews.
• Oversee cash‑up procedures, report shortages and ensure compliance.
• Organise continuous training on betting types, mobile betting processes and TUV compliance.
• Maintain daily stock reports, manage leave/attendance and provide operational support to Area Managers.

Required profile

• Matric qualification.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• At least 12 months in a leadership role with a proven record of exceeding quotas.
• Strong ability to understand customer needs and manage diverse personalities.
