Mobile Team Leader – Groblersdal

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Mobile Team Leader to drive growth of our mobile betting platform in Groblersdal, Limpopo. You will lead a team of Mobile Clerks, coordinate promotional activities and ensure revenue targets are met while maintaining high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with Area Managers to achieve targets for active and qualified mobile accounts.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns together with the Marketing Team.
• Facilitate daily promotional activities and ensure all marketing material is ready for regional and national campaigns.
• Measure promotion effectiveness using ROI trackers.
• Conduct market analysis and suggest improvements.
• Recruit, interview, and coordinate induction for new Mobile Clerks.
• Set daily targets, conduct performance reviews and manage HR/IR functions, including PIP processes.
• Oversee Top‑Up Voucher rollout across distributor networks and visit outlets as needed.
• Provide continuous training on betting types, processes and mobile platforms.
• Ensure cash‑up procedures are followed and report any shortages.
• Prepare daily operational reports, manage stock levels and monitor team attendance.

Required profile

• Matric qualification.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• At least 12 months experience in a leadership role.
• Proven record of exceeding sales quotas.
• Ability to understand customer needs and handle diverse personalities.
