MIS Lead – Professional Data Detective

About the role

We are looking for a data‑savvy professional who loves turning messy spreadsheets into clear insights. As an MIS Lead you will build Power BI dashboards and translate complex data into reports that stakeholders, including the CEO, can understand.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards that impress stakeholders.
• Clean, analyse and transform large, unstructured data sets into actionable insights.
• Create and maintain Excel‑based reports and Pivot‑Table models.
• Communicate findings to clients and internal teams in a clear, non‑technical manner.
• Identify trends, solve problems and support decision‑making across the business.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Power BI.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, look‑ups and complex formulas.
• Proven ability to clean, analyse and present data.
• Confidence interacting with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Passion for data that borders on obsession.
