Miner – Production Operations

About the role
The Miner will join the mining team to ensure safe and efficient production in the assigned section. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the role focuses on meeting production targets while strictly adhering to health and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Execute production tasks in line with health and safety requirements for the specific mining section.
- Receive, interpret, and relay production information and specifications to ensure compliance with company standards, rules, and regulations.
- Identify sub‑standard practices, report them, and support fair and effective disciplinary actions.
- Work independently when required, maintaining productivity and safety standards.
Required profile
- Ability to follow detailed production and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to regulatory compliance.
- Capacity to work autonomously and as part of a shift team.
- Willingness to uphold company policies and contribute to a safe work environment.
