About the role
The Intermediate ERP Business Analyst will play a strategic role in shaping, defining and supporting ERP‑enabled business solutions for multiple clients and internal initiatives. The position balances business analysis discipline, solution advisory capability and delivery execution across the full ERP lifecycle. Prior experience with Odoo ERP is advantageous but not mandatory.
Key responsibilities
- Shape and define ERP‑enabled business solutions across diverse client projects.
- Conduct pre‑engagement analysis, solution definition and client‑facing activities.
- Produce structured documentation, solution rationale and articulate business value.
Required profile
- Mid‑senior level with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong advisory, documentation and tender experience.
- Client‑facing capability and ability to translate business needs into ERP solutions.
Required skills
- ERP platforms (e.g., Odoo or other mainstream ERP systems).
- Enterprise business process analysis.
