About the role
We are seeking a mid‑weight Creative Director to join a full‑service creative advertising agency in Cape Town’s Northern Suburbs. The role is on‑site and involves taking ideas from concept through to final execution while supporting the senior Creative Director.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Creative Director in concept development, strategy and client presentations.
- Lead multiple projects and creative teams, ensuring work is on‑brand, on‑brief, on‑budget and on‑time.
- Facilitate and participate in brainstorm sessions and direct the development of creative output.
- Allocate resources, guide team performance and ensure delivery meets client objectives and brand values.
Required profile
- 5–8 years of agency experience in a similar creative leadership role.
- A degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of marketing, brand and design principles.
- Proven ability to lead and manage creative teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Up‑to‑date with the latest creative trends, strategies and technologies.
