Mid-Tier Security Engineer

About the role

The Mid-Tier Security Engineer will lead cybersecurity operations, proactively detect threats, and manage risk across the organization. Working closely with IT and security teams, you will ensure that security controls are robust, compliant, and aligned with industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT and security teams to enhance security posture and maintain clear communication via collaboration tools.
• Stay updated on emerging threats, conduct vulnerability audits, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents in real time, maintaining comprehensive documentation.
• Perform threat hunting, analyze network traffic and logs, and manage vulnerability assessments with timely remediation.
• Implement proactive security measures, including identity and access controls, email protection, data security, and endpoint security.
• Manage security posture for customers according to contractual requirements and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Ability to work on‑site at least three days per week.
• Customer‑oriented approach with accountability for deliverables.
