Mid-Market Account Manager – Amazon Ads

About the role

Amazon Ads is seeking a Mid‑Market Account Manager to drive growth for greenfield advertisers. You will act as a trusted partner, translating data insights into actionable recommendations while ensuring campaigns launch on time and meet performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Become a knowledgeable partner on Amazon Ads solutions and educate advertisers on performance metrics.
• Perform data analysis and ROI assessments to shape short‑term and long‑term digital media strategies.
• Develop annual brand, media, and campaign plans aligned with advertiser goals.
• Evaluate KPIs, optimize campaign performance, and provide actionable recommendations for upsell and renewal.
• Coordinate with internal Ads operations teams to guarantee timely campaign launches.
• Deliver high‑quality work and exceptional customer service throughout the post‑sales phase.

Required profile

• Persistent, data‑driven mindset with a proven record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Strong analytical thinker and problem solver who thrives in fast‑paced environments.
• Effective communicator, listener, and project manager capable of balancing multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); German proficiency is a plus.
• Media planning experience and prior data‑analysis work, especially ROI.
