Mid-Level Performance Graphic Designer (Paid Social)

About the role

We are seeking a mid‑level Graphic Designer who lives and breathes performance‑focused creative. You will craft static and motion assets for paid social and search campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google and TikTok, with the goal of stopping the scroll, communicating quickly and driving clicks.

Key responsibilities

• Design ad creatives across formats (static, carousel, story, display) for live paid campaigns.
• Produce multiple creative variants per brief to support A/B and multivariate testing.
• Interpret performance data and feedback, iterating assets rapidly.
• Collaborate with media and copy teams to ensure creative aligns with targeting strategy and platform best practices.
• Maintain consistent quality while handling several client accounts simultaneously.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, asset generation and iteration without compromising quality.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of design experience with a portfolio that includes paid‑media work (static or motion).
• Strong understanding of ad performance factors such as visual hierarchy, hooks, CTA placement and format‑specific considerations.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Canva.
• Active use of AI tools (e.g., Higgsfield, Claude, Adobe Firefly) as a practical workflow enhancer.
• Ability to manage multiple briefs, meet deadlines and flag bottlenecks early.
• Bonus: experience with motion graphics or video editing for social formats.
