Mid-Level Graphic Designer (Remote, South Africa)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled mid‑level graphic designer to own design projects from concept through execution. You will create compelling visual assets for our go‑to‑market programs, including website, social media, email, ABM, display ads, presentations and internal branding, ensuring alignment with brand identity and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage graphic design tasks from inception to completion, refining drafts and generating creative ideas.
• Develop high‑quality design solutions using Adobe Creative Suite and other software to meet project requirements.
• Execute design strategy, creating layouts, elements and formats consistent with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to produce visual assets for websites, software interfaces and digital platforms.
• Design internal branding materials and digital collateral.
• Create animated videos and GIFs using relevant tools.
• Maintain brand and design consistency across all channels.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital media.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing or related field (advantageous).
• 5+ years of experience in a similar in‑house graphic design role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating breadth of expertise across digital platforms.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
