Mid-Level Enterprise Architect

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Mid-Level Enterprise Architect to drive the development and implementation of enterprise architecture, data governance, and knowledge management initiatives. The role works closely with key stakeholders to establish governance frameworks, define data standards, and align architecture with industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and change management activities.
• Review and assess existing data management policies, frameworks, and strategies, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Assist in implementing data governance structures, including defining roles, developing terms of reference, establishing committees, and facilitating workshops.
• Develop and formalize enterprise data taxonomies, maintain a comprehensive data dictionary and data asset inventory.
• Create and execute a Knowledge Management maturity roadmap aligned with recognised governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure architecture supports strategic business goals.
• Produce high‑quality documentation, governance artefacts, and strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar mid‑level architecture role.
• Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders on data governance and knowledge management initiatives.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data standards, taxonomy development, and governance frameworks.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
