Microsoft Sales Specialist (Cloud Solutions)

About the role

Our client, a Microsoft Cloud solutions provider, is looking for a commercially driven Microsoft Sales Specialist to expand its Microsoft Cloud business. You will build a robust pipeline, generate demand, and convert opportunities across Microsoft 365, Azure, Security, Copilot, CSP licensing and managed services into profitable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage and maintain a strong Microsoft sales pipeline for existing and prospective customers.
• Identify, qualify and progress opportunities across Microsoft 365, Azure, Security, Copilot, Managed Services and CSP licensing.
• Maintain disciplined opportunity tracking, forecast accuracy and CRM hygiene.
• Develop account and opportunity plans aligned with the Microsoft Cloud Division’s priorities.
• Grow existing customer relationships and acquire new customers for the Microsoft Cloud division.
• Lead discovery conversations, collaborate with technical specialists, and develop proposals and business cases.
• Achieve revenue, gross profit, pipeline and recurring revenue targets.

Required profile

• Consultative, solution‑led sales approach with a focus on customer outcomes.
• Proven ability to translate customer business priorities into Microsoft Cloud opportunities.
• Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills.
• Experience in business development and customer acquisition within the IT/cloud sector.
