Microsoft Fabric Developer (100% Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Microsoft Fabric Developer to join Sasso Consulting’s data engineering team. The role is fully remote and focuses on building scalable data products, modern reporting solutions and AI‑ready data platforms using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Microsoft Fabric workspaces, lakehouses and Dataflows Gen2.
• Create Power BI reports, dashboards and data models that meet business requirements.
• Write efficient SQL queries and develop data transformation scripts in Python or PySpark.
• Build and orchestrate data pipelines using Azure Data Factory.
• Automate data workflows and ensure reliable data delivery across the platform.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of hands‑on experience in data engineering and Power BI development.
• Enjoys building solutions rather than focusing on architecture design.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to deliver results independently.
• Relevant certifications such as PL‑300 or DP‑600 are a plus.
