About the role
Sanofi is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to act as the scientific bridge between the company and healthcare professionals. The MSL will support the medical strategy for the vaccine therapeutic area, building trusted relationships and delivering accurate scientific information.
Key responsibilities
- Engage proactively and reactively with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and institutions.
- Provide medical and scientific information exchange during one‑to‑one and group interactions.
- Organise and lead local scientific meetings, webinars, and advisory boards.
- Develop and maintain stakeholder engagement plans aligned with the Country Medical plan.
- Generate actionable insights and propose solutions based on field feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams (medical, RWE, pharmacovigilance, commercial, market access, public affairs) while ensuring compliance.
- Support evidence‑generation activities and investigator‑initiated research.
Required profile
- MD, PharmD, or postgraduate science degree.
- Experience in vaccines is highly preferred.
- Previous MSL experience is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools for documenting engagements.
