Medical Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a confident, professional Medical Sales Representative to join our innovative healthcare business. You will be responsible for introducing and promoting cutting‑edge medical products to practitioners, pharmacies and other healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other healthcare providers.
• Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads within the medical and pharmacy sectors.
• Conduct regular visits to practitioners and pharmacies to present product benefits.
• Drive product awareness, adoption and achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide market feedback, report sales activity and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions and product launches.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as a Medical Sales Representative, preferably in pharma, medical devices or healthcare.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Professional appearance and confidence when engaging with healthcare professionals.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
