Medical Head

About the role

The Medical Head will act as the medical authority for our pharmaceutical portfolio, bridging science and business to drive brand success. You will lead medical strategy, ensure ethical promotion, and maintain compliance with industry standards while building credibility with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide scientific leadership and ensure medical integrity across all engagements.
• Develop and execute medical strategies aligned with brand and business objectives, considering regional market dynamics.
• Lead scientific training for commercial teams and translate medical insights into compelling brand messaging.
• Create medical content for promotional materials, presentations, and external engagements, ensuring consistency and scientific integrity.
• Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs, medical societies, regulatory authorities, payers, and health organizations.
• Support clinical research initiatives and generate real‑world evidence to substantiate the product portfolio.
• Deliver accurate medical information to HCPs, patients, and internal teams while ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
