Medical Cold Caller – Remote (US Client)

About the role

We are looking for a confident, results‑driven Medical Cold Caller to support a US‑based medical company. The role is fully remote and operates on US business hours, focusing on generating leads and scheduling appointments with healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to medical practices, healthcare providers and potential clients.
• Identify, qualify and nurture leads to create new business opportunities.
• Introduce the company’s medical services and clearly communicate their value.
• Schedule appointments and arrange follow‑up calls for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and interactions in the CRM.
• Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, lead generation and appointment setting.

Required profile

• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing or appointment setting.
• Experience in the medical or healthcare industry is a strong advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive telephone manner.
• Strong English proficiency with a professional tone.
• Comfortable handling objections and making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
• Willingness to work US business hours.

Required skills

• Experience using call management software.
