About the role
We are looking for a full‑time Marketing professional to join Charis Global Group in Pretoria. The role focuses on promoting our construction services and enhancing brand visibility across target markets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and project teams to create marketing materials, presentations and campaigns.
- Manage customer communication channels and support relationship initiatives.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and market insights.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Experience in market research and designing marketing strategies.
- Background in sales support and business development.
- Relevant experience in construction, infrastructure or related sectors is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field preferred.
