Marketing & Sales Internship

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Marketing and Sales Intern to support an established manufacturing business that supplies products and solutions to the mining industry. This internship offers a recent BCom Marketing graduate hands‑on experience across customer engagement, market research, sales support and promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with customer enquiries, quotations and sales administration.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities and customer communications.
• Conduct market research and help identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain customer and prospect data and update the CRM system.
• Prepare sales reports, presentations and marketing materials.
• Contribute to general sales and marketing projects and support the wider commercial team.

Required profile

• BCom Degree in Marketing or a related field; recent graduate or completing qualification.
• Strong interest in sales, marketing and business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organised and eager to learn in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
