Marketing Manager – South Africa

About the role

Capital Com South Africa is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and grow its brand presence in the South African market. You will act as the local marketing lead, adapting global strategies to the local audience while driving client acquisition and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a full‑funnel marketing strategy aligned with company objectives and local commercial targets.
• Own brand campaigns, digital performance activities, and affiliate partnerships to generate new clients and retain existing ones.
• Collaborate with the central marketing team to localise global messaging and ensure consistent brand execution.
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance using metrics such as CPA, FTD, ROAS and LTV, providing insights for optimisation.
• Manage local media and marketing agencies, as well as the affiliate network, ensuring quality delivery and efficient media buying.
• Guarantee compliance with FSCA financial‑promotion regulations and POPIA, working closely with Legal and Compliance.
• Oversee the local marketing budget, track spend against forecast and report on efficiency.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of marketing experience in fintech or financial services.
• Background in CFD, trading or retail investment marketing.
• Strong understanding of both brand and performance marketing.
• Experience planning and buying offline media (OOH, TV, press, audio) or working within a media agency.
• Proven track record managing affiliates and cross‑functional marketing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field; postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• Fluent English communication skills.
