Marketing Manager – KwaZulu-Natal

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager for a leading community‑focused security company in KwaZulu‑Natal. This role is ideal for a creative and strategic marketing professional passionate about building brands, driving business growth and making a positive impact in local communities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage brand positioning, messaging and consistency across all channels.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital platforms, content, email, events and traditional media.
• Oversee lead‑generation and demand‑generation initiatives.
• Manage the company website, social media channels and email marketing activities.
• Analyse campaign performance and ROI, using insights to improve results.
• Control marketing budgets and optimise expenditure.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product and leadership teams to align activities.
• Manage external agencies, suppliers and marketing partners.
• Oversee content development and marketing automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Experience planning, executing and analysing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Experience in B2B and B2C marketing is advantageous.
