Marketing Manager

About the role

IMA is a creative agency that builds brands people want to be part of. We’re recruiting a Marketing Manager to help grow pipeline and visibility for the agency and new business. This is a client‑facing, agency‑style role—equal parts marketer and relationship builder—focused on generating demand, supporting sales activity, and turning campaigns into measurable pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Own pipeline and visibility goals, planning campaigns that drive demand for new business.
• Develop multi‑channel marketing activity (e.g., paid, email/CRM and content‑led campaigns) to build awareness and capture interest.
• Work with the wider team to shape messaging, coordinate go‑to‑market activity, and ensure brand consistency.
• Track performance, report on outcomes, and use insights to improve targeting, conversion and effectiveness.
• Support client‑facing activity—helping create materials and narratives that make it easier to win new work.
• Maintain clear process and planning to keep marketing and new business efforts aligned.

Required profile

• Experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role with a strong focus on pipeline, demand generation or agency growth.
• Comfortable working with clients and stakeholders, with strong communication and confidence.
• Practical knowledge of campaign planning, measurement and optimisation (reporting tools, attribution and performance review).
• Strong commercial awareness and a clear bias toward actions that drive pipeline and revenue.
• A structured, proactive approach—able to manage priorities, timelines and responsibilities end to end.
