Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead internal marketing and communication initiatives that reinforce the company’s mission, values and performance goals across all divisions. This role blends strategic planning with creative execution to translate complex engineering activities into compelling internal narratives that drive employee engagement and client confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal marketing strategies that promote the company’s mission, values and performance goals.
• Design, produce and distribute internal newsletters, bulletins and digital content highlighting project milestones, employee achievements and company updates.
• Collaborate with department heads to gather project information and convert it into accessible internal communications.
• Plan and execute internal campaigns to boost staff engagement, recognition and awareness of initiatives.
• Manage internal communication platforms such as notice boards, internal social channels and staff emailers.
• Ensure consistent use of corporate branding across all internal and external materials and maintain corporate templates, presentations, proposals and signage.
• Work with HR and leadership to communicate the employer brand and internal values.
• Develop marketing collateral that showcases engineering expertise, innovation and quality standards.
• Create an annual marketing plan aligned with company strategy and operational goals.
• Track, measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support leadership with marketing insights and reports for board or client presentations.
• Conduct internal surveys to assess communication effectiveness and staff sentiment.
• Produce content for internal campaigns, including articles, posters, videos and infographics.
