Marketing Manager

About the role

Nedbank is seeking a Marketing Manager to support the formulation and execution of its marketing strategy within Business and Commercial Banking. The role will influence consumer and business decisions, driving growth for Nedbank’s products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage allocated budgets, track actuals versus plan, and report deviations with rationale.
• Apply financial principles to design and execute cost‑effective marketing interventions.
• Analyse supplier costs against industry benchmarks and campaign briefs to ensure value delivery.
• Develop content that supports the Business Unit’s marketing strategy and aligns with divisional objectives.
• Provide input on campaigns, marketing reports, and the Client Value Proposition.
• Coordinate tasks, resources, and internal/external stakeholders to deliver initiatives on schedule.
• Identify and engage relevant stakeholders across the Business Unit to ensure robust implementation.
• Build collaborative relationships with key partners to achieve business results.
• Support personal development through training identification and completion of a personal development plan.
