About the role

We are seeking a commercially minded and creatively driven Marketing Manager to join our team in Umhlanga. The role combines strategic marketing planning with hands‑on execution across content, digital channels, brand development and performance analysis, supporting business growth and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy.
• Create engaging content for digital and social platforms.
• Manage SEO strategy and optimise the website.
• Oversee web services, digital campaigns and online performance.
• Ensure brand consistency and visual identity across all channels.
• Track marketing ROI, produce data‑led reports and performance insights.
• Analyse campaign effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with leadership to support commercial objectives and business growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar senior marketing role.
• Strong background in content creation and digital marketing.
• Solid understanding of SEO strategy, website management and digital performance.
• Demonstrable experience tracking marketing ROI and delivering data‑driven reporting.
• Experience with branding, design direction and campaign execution, preferably from an agency environment.
• Experience within consultancy, recruitment, professional services or people‑focused businesses is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Commercially aware with a strategic mindset and hands‑on delivery capability.
