Marketing Instructor (AI Training)

About the role

We are seeking experienced marketing professionals and educators to help shape how AI understands marketing strategy, consumer behavior, and brand positioning. This fully remote, flexible contract role lets you work on your own schedule while contributing to cutting‑edge AI development.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI‑generated marketing questions, scenarios, and explanations used in training datasets.
• Assess the quality and accuracy of reasoning around brand positioning, messaging, go‑to‑market strategy, and consumer behavior.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve the real‑world relevance of AI outputs.
• Identify common misconceptions or gaps in AI‑generated marketing content.
• Complete task‑based assignments independently and asynchronously.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience teaching marketing at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong command of marketing strategy, consumer behavior, and business communications.
• Ability to critically assess written business reasoning and strategic recommendations.
• Skilled at delivering clear, constructive written feedback.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI tools.
• Experience with content evaluation workflows.
• Knowledge of data labeling platforms.
