Marketing & Graphics Designer – Manufacturing & Engineering

About the role

The Marketing & Graphics Designer will support the marketing team by creating visual content that drives brand awareness and customer engagement for manufacturing and engineering projects. This position blends creativity with strong organisational skills to ensure consistent brand communication across digital and print media.

Key responsibilities

• Design visual concepts for digital media, print materials, logos, illustrations, and packaging.
• Collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer and other departments to meet client needs, deadlines, and budget constraints.
• Prepare files for print or digital distribution and ensure all designs align with brand guidelines.
• Assist in the production process, including file preparation and quality checks.
• Support general marketing activities, including copywriting basics, brainstorming sessions, and promotional coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
• 8‑10 years of professional experience with a strong portfolio of illustrations or graphics.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
