Marketing General Manager

About the role

Startgo Pty Ltd is seeking a commercially astute Marketing General Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility, revenue growth, and client engagement in a B2B services environment. You will partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Executive teams to ensure marketing delivers measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and optimise integrated marketing campaigns from concept through delivery.
• Strengthen brand positioning and market visibility across all channels.
• Support lead generation, client engagement, bids, tenders and business development activities.
• Manage relationships with marketing agencies, suppliers and external partners.
• Develop and maintain marketing analytics, reporting dashboards and performance metrics.
• Implement marketing processes, governance, workflows and best‑practice operational standards.
• Collaborate with commercial and operational stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution excellence.

Required profile

• 5‑8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a traditional B2B services setting.
• Proven track record of delivering integrated campaigns that generate leads and support commercial growth.
• Experience working closely with Sales and Business Development teams.
• Strong project‑management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Confident communicator capable of engaging senior executives and holding stakeholders accountable.
