Marketing Coordinator – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a creative and organised Marketing Coordinator to join our hospitality team. You will support the Marketing Manager and collaborate with operational teams and external agencies to deliver compelling brand experiences across our luxury hotels, restaurants, spa, and lifestyle offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Create marketing briefs, newsletters, blogs and social‑media content.
• Capture and coordinate photography and video shoots, maintaining digital asset libraries.
• Develop campaign briefs for agencies and manage monthly content requirements.
• Coordinate promotional material for hotels, restaurants, spa experiences and special events.
• Manage marketing projects from concept to completion using Monday.com, track deadlines and budgets, and handle supplier quotations and contracts.
• Liaise with digital agencies, update website content, support newsletter and CRM communications, and coordinate SEO and paid‑media campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reporting dashboards and ensure quality assurance before launch.

Required profile

• Excellent copywriting and strong content planning abilities.
• Basic understanding of photography and videography.
• Good knowledge of digital marketing principles, branding and social‑media platforms.
• Attention to detail, strong organisational and project‑management skills.
