Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Unique Personnel is seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to join its team in Jet Park, Boksburg. You will drive the execution of the annual marketing plan, support product launches and ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns and the annual marketing plan.
• Design brochures, catalogues, presentations, banners, training material and social media graphics.
• Manage website updates, social media platforms and email marketing initiatives.
• Support product managers and the sales team with launch activities and marketing collateral.
• Organise exhibitions, trade shows, events and promotional activities, including travel as required.
• Create marketing content such as articles, case studies and press releases.
• Liaise with printers, advertising agencies and external suppliers.
• Maintain marketing budgets, schedules and performance reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing coordination and graphic design, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Afrikaans and English.
• Strong organisational, planning and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines while collaborating within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
• Experience with WordPress and WooCommerce for website design and maintenance.
• Digital marketing expertise including SEO, Google Analytics, Google Commerce and Google Ads.
• Practical use of AI tools such as Gemini and Claude.
