About the role
The Marketing Coordinator will provide essential administrative support to the marketing team at Reinhardt Transport Group. This role ensures smooth communication, accurate data handling, and timely preparation of marketing documents. You will act as a liaison between internal departments and external clients to keep marketing activities on track.
Key responsibilities
- Handle information requests and manage a high volume of e‑mail correspondence for marketing executives.
- Liaise with debtors and other departments to support the marketing function.
- Calculate, update and maintain marketing rate sheets on a daily and monthly basis.
- Assist with monthly fuel adjustments and tender preparation.
- Coordinate client communications, ensuring detail‑oriented and proactive follow‑up.
Required profile
- Matric qualification.
- 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Excellent organisational and administrative capabilities.
- Punctual, self‑starter with a proactive attitude.
Required skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
