About the role
Procter & Gamble is hiring a Manufacturing Process Engineer in Rivonia, Johannesburg. The team's engineers are at the forefront of product implementation and improvements, working on process innovation, capability and control.
Key responsibilities
- Develop innovative solutions geared towards improving processes
- Identify, prioritise and eliminate process losses
- Build process capability and control
- Define equipment standards, lead process benchmarking and reapplication
- Build capability to carry out technical troubleshooting and process improvement
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related)
- Strong written and spoken English
- Hands-on experience in a mechanical or electrical process role
- Leadership mentality and ability to prioritise autonomously
