Manager, Internal Audit

About the role

NTT DATA is seeking a Manager, Internal Audit to lead risk‑based internal audits with a focus on data centre environments and operations. The role provides strategic oversight, ensures compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and delivers actionable recommendations to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Define audit scope, objectives, methodology and plan for data‑centre focused audits.
• Coordinate with external auditors, ensuring transparency and awareness of audit activities.
• Stay current with auditing best practices and relevant legislation.
• Lead a team of auditors, guaranteeing accurate implementation of processes and reliable findings.
• Prepare final audit reports, distribute to stakeholders, and monitor the effectiveness of action plans.
• Present audit outcomes to the audit committee and senior management.
• Collaborate with other assurance providers and support senior managers on portfolio priorities.

Required profile

• Strong management abilities to inspire and motivate audit teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Specialist knowledge of internal audit processes, especially in complex, technology‑enabled environments.
• Solid understanding of data centre operations and associated risks.
