About the role
Join a fast‑growing national retailer as a Management Intern focused on Strategy & Operations. You’ll receive hands‑on mentorship in problem‑solving, contract support, and internal controls, with a clear pathway toward a permanent management position.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate operational issues and develop effective solutions.
- Support lease agreements and negotiations.
- Develop, implement, and audit control systems to ensure error‑free operations.
- Assist on strategic projects under direct guidance from your manager.
Required profile
- Matric/Grade 12 with Mathematics (non‑negotiable).
- Own reliable transport to Epping 2, Cape Town.
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
- High energy, self‑starter mindset.
- Relevant work experience or currently studying/completed a BCom.
Required skills
- Excel – aptitude for data handling and formulas (training provided).
