Management Accountant

About the role

This role is for a qualified CA(SA) or CIMA professional who is passionate about financial analysis, commercial decision‑making and business transformation. You will join a forward‑thinking organisation in Pretoria North, contributing to financial performance, reporting enhancements and the integration of advanced analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision‑making.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis processes.
• Support the development of data‑driven reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and alignment.
• Maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Contribute to the integration of AI and advanced analytics into financial processes.

Required profile

• CA(SA) or CIMA qualification (essential).
• Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience in management accounting and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret and present financial data.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, innovation‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with reporting tools or business intelligence platforms.
• Familiarity with advanced analytics or AI integration solutions.
