Management Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a newly qualified CA(SA) or a CIMA professional to join our finance team in Johannesburg East. The role focuses on turning numbers into actionable insights while embracing AI‑driven reporting and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve reporting processes through technology and automation.
• Analyse financial performance and deliver meaningful business insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support strategic financial decision‑making.

Required profile

• Qualified CA(SA) or currently studying towards CIMA.
• Minimum of 1 year post‑articles or relevant management accounting experience.
• Stable work history with a proactive, solutions‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and manipulation.
• Tech‑savvy attitude with interest in AI, automation and continuous process improvement.
