Managed Services Cloud Practice Executive

About the role

The Managed Services Cloud Practice Executive will own the full P&L for the client’s cloud, managed services and emerging AI & automation portfolio. Reporting to senior leadership, the role drives commercial success, strategic growth and operational excellence across a Microsoft‑centric service offering.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute growth strategies for cloud, AI and automation services, building scalable, high‑margin offerings.
• Lead high‑value pre‑sales engagements, shaping deals and partnering with sales to close strategic opportunities.
• Own delivery governance, ensuring consistent quality, margin protection and risk management.
• Develop and grow a high‑performing delivery team, establishing clear performance expectations and a talent roadmap.
• Establish AI and automation as core pillars, creating reusable frameworks and measurable use‑cases.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a cloud, managed services or consulting practice with full P&L accountability.
• Strong executive‑level client engagement and deal‑leadership capabilities.
• Strategic, commercially astute and comfortable making decisions with incomplete information.
• Demonstrated ability to scale teams and drive operational excellence.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft cloud platforms (e.g., Azure).
• Working understanding of AI and automation technologies.
• Familiarity with modern software delivery models and cloud consulting.
