About the role
Allmed Healthcare Professionals is looking for male care workers to join its pool of caregivers for elderly clients in Cape Town. The role involves providing compassionate, professional, and patient support to seniors in their homes, ensuring their safety and well‑being.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Monitor health status and report any changes to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for the client.
- Follow care plans and adhere to professional standards.
Required profile
- Care Worker or Home‑Based Care Certificate.
- Previous experience working with elderly patients is advantageous.
- Fluent communication in Afrikaans.
- Physically fit to assist with patient mobility.
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional attitude.
