Major Account Manager (MSSP) – SADC

About the role

As a Major Account Manager for the MSSP segment covering the SADC region, you will drive new business opportunities, oversee the onboarding of new clients, and expand existing customer relationships. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and Fortinet’s internal teams, shaping account strategies and delivering value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead new business pitches and develop comprehensive account and business plans for tender opportunities.
• Build and maintain executive‑level relationships to understand business imperatives and IT drivers.
• Sell Fortinet solutions using a consultative approach, targeting enterprise‑wide deployments.
• Coordinate with System Engineers, Channel Managers, and specialist sales teams to maximize sales volume.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews to ensure customers realize the value of Fortinet investments.
• Keep customers informed of product roadmaps to aid planning and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Proven enterprise sales experience in the hi‑tech sector, preferably cybersecurity or networking.
• Consistent record of quota achievement and career growth.
• Highly motivated self‑starter with strong attention to detail and a competitive drive.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong listening ability.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
