Maintenance Worker

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Worker to join our team in Johannesburg, South Africa. The successful candidate will have a solid background in maintenance and will be responsible for keeping client facilities operating smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues or malfunctions.
• Perform repairs and replacements as needed.
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance work performed.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• Assist with other tasks as required.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in maintenance work.
• Knowledge of various tools and equipment used in maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
• Valid driver’s licence.
