Maintenance Planner

About the role

Coca‑Cola Beverages Africa is seeking a Maintenance Planner to join its maintenance team. Reporting to the Maintenance and Engineering Manager, the role will ensure effective planning and scheduling of preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance activities across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain maintenance plans and schedules (preventive, corrective, predictive).
• Create and manage job cards, coordinating resources and ensuring availability of parts, tools and personnel.
• Maintain equipment master data within the CMMS Plant Maintenance (PM) module.
• Monitor backlog, compliance and cost performance, providing regular maintenance performance reports.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and drive implementation.
• Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders to align maintenance activities with production requirements.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in maintenance planning within an industrial environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
