Mainframe Developer – Usability Design

About the role

We are looking for a Mainframe Developer who will champion Usability Design while delivering robust web and server‑based platform solutions. You will work independently and collaboratively, becoming a subject‑matter expert and contributing to a dynamic, innovative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance and adapt systems to meet evolving business requirements.
• Maintain applications and infrastructure in line with service level agreements.
• Define, review and optimise technical requirements focusing on integration, performance, quality and scalability.
• Collaborate with cloud operations teams to manage capacity and monitor key performance indicators.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost system functionality and user experience.

Required profile

• Expert proficiency in Usability Design.
• Expert proficiency in Web & Server based platform solutions.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Technical Diploma in a related field of study.
