MAC Shared Beauty Advisor (120hr)

About the role

Join the MAC team at Foschini’s Canal Walk store as a Shared Beauty Advisor, working 120 hours per month. You will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve store turnover targets, acquire new accounts and meet reward goals.
• Provide excellent customer service, advising clients on product selection and application.
• Manage stock levels, conduct daily stock counts and ensure accurate inventory.
• Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an attractive store environment.
• Complete administrative tasks related to sales and inventory management.

Required profile

• Beauty‑related qualification (desirable).
• 2–3 years of retail experience, with 1–2 years specifically in cosmetics.
• Strong interest in the retail and cosmetics sector.
• Excellent selling, communication and persuasion abilities.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to implement effective solutions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organisational, planning and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and maintain high attention to detail.
