Luxury Cluster Store Manager (2 positions)

About the role

Khula Human Capital is looking for two dynamic Luxury Cluster Store Managers to lead multiple high‑end retail locations in the Constantia and Somerset West areas. The role combines operational oversight, sales leadership, and premium customer service across a cluster of stores.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all stores within the assigned cluster.
• Drive sales targets, KPIs and profitability while maintaining luxury brand standards.
• Lead, motivate and develop high‑performing retail teams.
• Manage stock control, visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Analyse sales data and implement strategic improvements.
• Handle customer queries and resolve escalations professionally.
• Recruit, train and performance‑manage staff.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in luxury retail management.
• Proven track record in sales performance and team leadership.
• Own reliable transport and ability to travel between Constantia and Somerset West.
• Impeccable grooming and presentation aligned with luxury standards.
