Logistics Sales Executive – South Africa

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Logistics Sales Executive to join our fast‑growing international logistics enterprise. Based in Johannesburg, you will drive business growth in South Africa by developing new customer relationships and promoting our comprehensive freight forwarding and supply‑chain solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential local clients such as trading companies, manufacturers, e‑commerce sellers and freight demand merchants.
• Sell the full portfolio of logistics services – sea freight, air freight, land transport, warehousing, customs clearance, door‑to‑door delivery and integrated supply‑chain solutions.
• Maintain regular communication with new and existing customers, address logistics queries promptly and increase repeat orders.
• Monitor South African cross‑border logistics trends, trade policies, pricing and competitor activity, and provide market feedback to the team.
• Coordinate order signing, booking, transportation and delivery with operations, freight forwarding and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Record daily sales activities, manage customer resource files and prepare sales reports.
